GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Access to the website and its content is always permissible on a temporary basis, in the sense that Arthina is entitled at any time without notice to exclude, limit, and modify access to the website universally or its subpages.
2. 8. The website provides hyperlinks, mentioning third party websites, solely for your convenience. The citation of a hyperlink as such, does not indicate that Arthina acknowledges, or approves the content of the websites the hyperlinks refer to.
3. The content of the Site is available to users under the constraints of copyright protection law. Arthina the holder of all copyrights of the content of the website or has the permission of the beneficiaries, to make authorized use of the content, where required.
4. Any personal data have been published only for information purposes of the academic activities of the Arthina personnel. The use of such data and its further processing for other purposes is in violation of Law. 2472/97.
5. Arthina reserves the right to make use of the traffic data of this website for statistical reasons, to draw conclusions about its use and improve its operation for the benefit of the users in compliance with the GDPR laws.

It is strictly prohibited to print, reproduce, upload, distribute, transmit or redistribute for sale, modify, republish, publish, perform, compile, configure, frame (mirror) for any other use, part or the entirety of the material of the mapping of the website (layout), without the prior written consent of Arthina.
7. The user / visitor of the website takes responsibility for any damage caused from misuse or abuse of the relevant services. Under no circumstances, including negligence, Arthina is not responsible for any damage of the visitor-user of the webpages, services, options of the website, to which he access with own initiative and knowledge of the present terms.
8. Arthina reserves the right to amend or abolish the present Terms of Use without prior notice.

Ε-Ticket TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. By purchasing your admission ticket to the Arthina online you acknowledge that you have read and accept both the present terms and conditions of purchase and use, as well as the general Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of the Museum’s website www.Arthina.gr.
2. Arthina shall not be liable for any kind of malicious interference by third parties through viruses, malware or other similar applications during the use of its electronic services. Users of the Arthina online ticket (e-ticket) service are also committed to non-malicious use. Arthina commits that, following the strict standards of the relevant Internal Security Regulations of the Museum and in full compliance with the applicable legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), will not violate under any circumstances visitors’ personal data requested both during the purchase transaction and ticket verification.
3. General Admission tickets are available and valid for visiting Arthina for the operational period of Arthina - 1.4.25 - 31.7.25.
4. Each user may purchase more than one (1) ticket for respective individual visits.
Attention: in cases where tickets are purchased for groups of more than ten (10) individuals, please make sure you contact first office@Arthina.gr for the most convenient arrangement of your visit and to obtain a discount also.
5. Upon completion of the online ticket (e-ticket) purchase and successful online payment, the visitor receives an e-mail from the following e-mail address etickets@Arthina.gr to confirm the reservation.
During the visit to Arthina the reservation must be confirmed and validated by the Arthina Ticket Office. Tickets are one-use only.
6. Tickets are neither modifiable nor refundable.
7. Arthina may temporarily suspend public access during its opening hours for security reasons or for the purpose of an event. It may also provide free admission for all on specific days and times throughout its operational period. If you visit Arthina on such an occasion, you will not be entitled to a refund of the admission fee.
8. Any dispute between users and Arthina is governed by Greek Law and is subject to the exclusive competence of the Courts of Athens.
9. Arthina is entitled at any time to modify, alter or delete one or all of these terms of use or to add new terms of use. Any such modification, alteration or deletion will be effective from its publication on the www.Arthina.gr service. By using the www.Arthina.gr service after the above publication, it is presumed that the user accepts every alteration, modification or deletion. Arthina reserves the right to alter, modify, suspend, prevent or cease the use of part or all of the online ticket (e-ticket) service at any time, for any reason or without reason, without notice and without bearing responsibility.
